It is proven on my brother who likes to cycle and race on a racing bike, he usually make the saddle very high actually to make him ride faster and as a result he had a long legs. This had happened when he was before 20yo. I dun know whether ppl who r older than 20yo still can achieve this. His height was 6′ 2″. For asian ppl like us he is consider very tall.
I am 13 years old. I am only 150cms. I want to increase my height till 70cms.
